Structural drawing and installation precautions of explosion-proof roots blower: the main engine of explosion-proof roots blower is installed before leaving the factory. Only connect the inlet silencer with the inlet, the outlet silencer with the outlet, and then connect the outlet silencer with the pipeline.

Precautions for installation of explosion-proof roots blower are as follows:

1. Explosion proof roots blower shall be installed in a place with solid ground, and sufficient space shall be reserved around it for inspection, maintenance and repair.

2. The foundation under the explosion-proof roots blower base should be kept horizontal. It is recommended to pad damping rubber or cast and install with bolts at the four corners of the base to ensure that the roots blower operates stably and has low vibration.

3. The connecting pipeline between the explosion-proof roots blower and the system shall be sealed reliably. For small vacuum pumps, metal pipeline connecting gaskets can be used to use oil resistant rubber. For small roots blowers, vacuum rubber hose can be used to connect. The pipe diameter shall not be less than the suction diameter of roots blower, and the pipeline shall be short with few elbows. (When welding the pipeline, the welding slag in the pipeline shall be removed, and it is strictly prohibited to enter the vacuum pump cavity.)

4. In the connecting pipeline, the user can install a valve and vacuum gauge above the air inlet of Roots blower to check the limit pressure of Roots blower at any time.

5. Connect the power supply according to the regulations of the motor label, ground the ground wire, and install fuses and thermal relays of appropriate specifications.

6. When the explosion-proof roots blower is powered on for test run, the motor belt must be removed, and the vacuum pump can be put into use only after confirming that the rotation direction meets the specified direction. Reverse the roots blower for fuel injection. (Turn according to the direction indicated by the protective cover)

7. For Roots blower with cooling water, connect cooling water as required.

8. For example, when the solenoid valve is installed at the outlet of Roots blower, the valve and Roots blower shall act at the same time.

9. When the exhaust gas of explosion-proof roots blower affects the working environment, a pipeline can be installed at the exhaust port to lead away or install an oil mist filter.
