Detailed explanation of installation skills and assembly steps of Roots blower

Roots Blower Refer to the installation specifications of general mechanical equipment for installation. The axis deviation is not more than 0.2mm, and the axis skew angle is not more than 40 degrees. Here is a brief introduction to the installation skills of Roots blower.

1、 In order to ensure the safe operation of the two blade roots fan, it is not allowed to bear external loads such as pipes, valves, frames, etc. This load must be supported by another bracket. It is required to install soft joints on the inlet and outlet pipes to eliminate the impact of pipe vibration and thermal deformation.

2、 During installation, it must be aligned to find the correct position of the fan and the motor. It is allowed to adjust the level between the base and the ground by using adjustment blocks. The allowable difference is 0.2/1000mm.

3、 During installation, it is not allowed to damage the assembly clearance of the two blade roots fan. After installation, the blower rotor shall be rotated flexibly without impact and friction.

4、 The secondary grouting method is adopted for the anchor bolt holes, and the section size and depth of the reserved holes are shown in the outline installation drawing of the two blade roots fan.

5、 The foundation surface for the installation of the two blade roots fan shall be cast into a convex surface and flat. According to the direction of the air inlet and outlet and the needs of maintenance, sufficient distance shall be reserved around the foundation surface. The distance from the edge of the fan base to the edge of the foundation shall not be less than 200mm.

6、 During installation, first check and confirm that there are no sundries in the body of the two blade roots fan, that is, close the air inlet and outlet, thoroughly remove the rust, welding slag and other sundries in the pipeline, and then connect with the fan. It is required that no air leakage is allowed on the flange joint surfaces, and clean the main and auxiliary oil tanks.

7、 When the dust content in the conveying air medium exceeds 100mg/m3, it is recommended to install an air filter at the front of the air inlet muffler.

8、 Muffler shall be set near the inlet and outlet of two blade roots fan.

9、 A safety valve or pressure instrument shall be installed on the straight pipe section near the air inlet and outlet of the blower. When the two blade roots fan is in overload operation, the instrument shall be able to reflect or send out alarm signals.
