   Roots Blower It is a positive displacement blower. The air inlet is separated by the 'engagement' of a pair of rotors (there is a gap between the rotors and they are not in contact with each other). The rotor is driven by a pair of synchronous gears and moves in the opposite direction to push the inhaled gas from the suction port to the exhaust port without internal compression. When the gas reaches the exhaust port, it is pressurized due to the backflow of high-pressure gas at the exhaust side, thus completing the gas transmission.

Roots blower is a positive displacement fan, with impeller end face, fan front and rear end covers. The principle is a rotary compressor that uses two blade rotors to make relative movement in the cylinder to compress and transport gas. The blower is simple in structure and easy to manufacture. It is widely used in aquaculture oxygenation, sewage treatment aeration, cement transmission, and more suitable for gas transmission and pressurization systems in low pressure occasions, and can also be used as a vacuum pump.
Rotary blowers are commonly used in factories, laboratories, hospitals and other places of some enterprises. I believe that you only know the appearance and structure of the machine, but you do not know the assembly precautions of the product. Here is a brief introduction. The rotary blower has a delicate structure, which is mainly composed of motor, air transition device, blower body, air chamber, base, oil drip nozzle, etc. It is mainly used for air blast aeration of water treatment, sewage mixing aeration of hospitals and laboratories, vacuum paper feeding of printing industry, mixing aeration of electroplating tanks, industrial wastewater, etc.

1. Store in clean, dry and vibration free rooms; The equipment is coated with antirust oil when it is supplied. It can be stored for 12 months in a normal dry environment without damage to the packaging. If it needs to be stored for more than 12 months, it needs to be coated with the same antirust oil again. If necessary, nitrogen filled packaging can be used for protection, and inspection shall be conducted every 6 weeks; The V-belt needs to be removed during storage.
2. When the shutdown time exceeds 6 weeks, protect the transmission chamber, rotor and other smooth surfaces. Place the whole machine on a flat and vibration free ground. If necessary, use expansion bolts to connect the whole machine to the ground. In this case, only one bolt is needed for fixing each shockproof foot.
3. Remove the packaging materials, and ensure that there are no sundries at the air inlet and exhaust port for the models with sound insulation cover. Ensure that the air at the air inlet and air outlet is sufficiently ventilated, and check whether the fan operates smoothly. The poor operation may be caused by impurities or distortion.
4. Remove the yellow plastic cap of the middle drain hole before the equipment is put into operation. During operation, a small amount of gas will leak out to flush out the condensation. If the medium is a special gas, these parts will be plugged. If the medium has condensation, the condensate can be discharged through the gas tank, gas pipe or short-term low opening according to the operating conditions.
In order to avoid electric leakage, the acoustic enclosure, motor and base should be grounded. The pipes connected through elastic joints or expansion joints shall be reliable and stable. Refer to the nameplate or the label in the junction box for the motor wiring technical parameters.
