The roots blower is selected according to the negative pressure, that is, the pressure that the roots blower needs to overcome. If the pressure increases in our working condition, which is greater than the rated pressure of the roots blower, the roots blower may be suffocated. If you replace the thin pipe so that the overall pressure that the roots blower needs to overcome remains unchanged, then suffocation will not occur. Roots blower is a type of displacement fan. There are two three blade impellers that rotate relatively in the space sealed by the casing and wall panel. Since each impeller is involute or the envelope of the epicycloid, the three blades of each impeller are identical, and the two impeller are also identical, which greatly reduces the processing difficulty. Numerical control equipment is used during impeller processing to ensure that a certain minimum clearance can be maintained no matter where the two impellers rotate, under the condition that the center distance between the two impellers is constant, so as to ensure that the gas leakage is within the allowable range.

The two impellers rotate in opposite directions. Because the clearance between impellers and impellers, between impellers and casings, and between impellers and wallboards is very small, a vacuum state is formed at the air inlet. The air enters the air inlet chamber under the action of atmospheric pressure. Then, two of the blades of each impeller form a sealed chamber with wallboards and casings, The sealing chamber formed by two blades is constantly taken to the exhaust chamber, and because the impellers in the exhaust chamber mesh with each other, the air between the two blades is squeezed out. In this way, the air is continuously transmitted from the air inlet to the air outlet, which is the whole working process of Roots blower.

1. When disassembling the equipment, measure the matching dimensions of the instrument, process the records, and determine the marks and directions on the parts to ensure assembly and maintain the original matching requirements.

2. Three blade roots blower can be divided into two types according to the structure. The two rotor centerlines of the blower are in the same vertical plane, the water inlet and outlet are respectively at the side of the blower, and the two rotor centerlines of the blower are in the same horizontal plane. The water inlet is on one side of the lower base of the blower, and the water outlet is on the top of the blower. On the contrary, the water inlet is on the top of the blower, and the water outlet is on the blower.

The high-pressure gas in the exhaust hole is sensitive to counter flow and mixes with the low-pressure gas. Its pressure suddenly rises from the inlet pressure to the exhaust pressure. For this reason, the unevenness of the discharge pressure of the volume blower does not depend on the blower itself, but on the condition of the equipment after the gas is discharged from the blower.
3. The inlet filter is blocked, the impeller is severely rubbed, the interval is too large, the belt slips, the inlet pressure loss is large, and the pipeline ventilation leaks. Therefore, more attention should be paid to the exhaust pressure of the three blade roots blower.
