1. Preparations before commissioning include the following:

1) The installation of machines, electrical appliances and instruments has been completed, including:

① The construction of mechanical parts, such as the installation of machine body, reducer, motor, etc., has been completed, and the strength of secondary grouting concrete should reach more than 80%.

② The process pipeline is cleaned, pressure test is qualified, and it is well connected with the machine body.

③ Gas filter, gas storage tank, safety valve and other auxiliary equipment shall be completely installed.

④ Electrical, instrument and other installation works, such as ammeter, overcurrent relay, remote control device, etc., shall pass the test.

2) For the newly replaced reducer gear, the single running in test shall be carried out before the test run, and the operation time is 2-4h.

3) The motor shall be operated separately for 2-4h, and there shall be no abnormal phenomenon.

4) Installation and repair records are complete.

2. Inspection contents before commissioning include:

1) Check the installation quality of fasteners, locating pins and coupling pin screws for looseness.

2) Check the installation quality of air inlet and exhaust pipes and valves, and check whether they are tightly connected and blocked.

3) Check whether the assembly clearance of the blower meets the technical requirements.

4) Check the centering and alignment quality of blower and motor.

5) Check whether the base of the unit is fully padded and whether the foundation bolts are fastened.

6) Water shall be supplied to the cooling water part, and the temperature of cooling water shall not be higher than 25 ℃. When the body shell is equipped with a cold water jacket, check whether the water inlet valve works well, Whether the water is blocked. (Follow this step for water-cooled Roots blower)

7) Fill the oil tank with the specified brand of total loss system oil to the middle of the two oil lines. The brand of lubricating oil depends on the seasonal temperature or the working environment temperature.

8) Check whether the lubricating oil of gearbox and reducer is added according to the specified brand, and whether the oil quantity is on the specified oil line.

9) The shaft seal device of the blower shall be filled with sufficient grease.

10) Fully open the air inlet and outlet valves of the blower, turn the rotor, and listen for abnormal noise in all parts.

11) Check whether the rotation direction of the motor meets the pointing requirements, and adjust the load controller to the allowable rated value.

3. No load commissioning:

All newly installed or overhauled fans shall undergo no-load test run. The concept of no-load operation of Roots blower is to put it into operation when the inlet and outlet valves are fully open. During the test run, observe whether the splash of lubricating oil is normal. If there is too much or too little oil, adjust the oil volume. During the test run, there is no abnormal smell or smoke, collision or friction sound inside the machine body, and the radial vibration speed of the bearing is not greater than 6. 3mm/ s。 Operate with no load for about 30min. If the condition is normal, operate with load. If it is found that the operation is abnormal, check and eliminate the problem, and still operate with no load.

4. Load commissioning:

First of all, it is required to adjust gradually and slowly with load until the rated load is reached. It is not allowed to adjust to the rated load at one time. The so-called rated load refers to the static pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. When the pressure at the exhaust port is normal, pay attention to the pressure change at the air inlet to avoid overload.

During the normal operation of the fan, it is strictly prohibited to completely close the inlet and outlet valves, nor to overload operation.

Due to the characteristics of Roots blower, it is not allowed to directly return the gas at the exhaust port to the air inlet of the blower for a long time (changing the air inlet temperature), otherwise the safety of the machine will be affected. If reflux regulation is required, Cooling measures must be taken.

When the blower operates under rated conditions, the surface temperature of each rolling bearing generally does not exceed 95 ℃, the lubricating oil temperature in the oil tank does not exceed 65 ℃, and the vibration speed of the bearing is not greater than 6 3mm/ s。 During the operation of blower, pay attention to the splash of lubricating oil and the position of oil volume.

If the blower needs to be stopped, it is not suitable to stop at full load. It must be unloaded gradually before stopping to avoid damage to the machine.

The load commissioning time is generally 8h.
