1. The power supply is not connected. Confirm that the power supply is connected.

2. The external circuit of high voltage roots blower is open circuited. Confirm that the power supply and control circuits are intact.

3. Check the electrical wiring errors according to the instructions on the wiring nameplate.

4. The metal connector of the line is not in good contact with the metal pressing plate of the wiring base.

5. The motor wiring plug on the wiring base is loose. Plug the plug according to the instructions on the wiring nameplate.

6. Contact the after-sales department if the outgoing line of the high-voltage roots blower is broken, and it is not allowed to disassemble the motor for inspection without authorization.

7. The capacitance wiring of the high-voltage roots blower is open circuited or the capacitance is damaged. The internal winding of the motor is open circuited.

① The bite area is too large.

Generally speaking, the normal meshing area of Roots blower impeller is about 2/3. If the meshing area is larger than this, the meshing force between gears will be too large, resulting in the failure of fan rotation.

② Rust
