In most cases, Roots blower conveys clean air. If the temperature of clean air is lower than 40 ℃, the normal operation of the blower can be ensured. Conventional configuration: cast iron, piston ring seal, air cooling can be used.

Finally, due to the influence of inlet air temperature, the inlet air temperature of ordinary fan cannot exceed 40 ℃. The transportation medium is air. In this case, if the cooling is not smooth, the inlet air temperature may exceed 40 ℃, and the fan outlet temperature will rise. Excessive temperature will affect the spare parts of the fan. For example: seal, bearing, water tank lubricating oil temperature, etc., which may lead to fan failure. Therefore, in the daily patrol work, the fan temperature is also the test content.
