Casing: mainly used to support wallboard, impeller, muffler and fixation.
Wall plate: mainly used to connect the casing and the impeller, support the rotation of the impeller, and play the role of end sealing
Impeller: it is the rotating part of Roots blower, which is divided into two leaves and three leaves. Now, the three leaf blower has gradually replaced the two leaf Roots blower due to its advantages such as less air pulsation, less noise and smooth operation than the two leaf blower.
Muffler: used to reduce the noise generated by the inlet and outlet airflow pulsation of Roots blower.

(1) The operating pressure of the fan is 58.8kPa-98kPa.
(2 ）High pressure roots blower The impeller adopts compound profile, with perfect engagement, less leakage and high efficiency.
(3) The blower impeller is made of nodular cast iron, the contour is processed by CNC machine tools, the gear is of 5-grade accuracy, and imported bearings are used. The rotor dynamic balance quality is not lower than G6.3, so the product has low noise and reliable operation.
(4) The fan air volume can range from 0.78 m3/min to 198.1 m3/min, with large coverage and wide application range.
(5) The whole product has compact structure, small volume and light weight.
