1、 Precautions for piping of high-pressure roots blower

1. The curvature radius of the elbow should not be too small to ensure smooth gas flow and reduce gas transportation resistance.

2. When piping, the pipes shall be straight from the fan entering the fan to the outlet, and unnecessary elbows shall be minimized to avoid "poor" piping or unnecessary load on the fan itself.

3. The thermal expansion of the pipeline shall be considered to avoid the stress generated by the thermal expansion acting on the fan itself; Steel pipes shall be used for pipes, and PPR plastic pipes shall not be used as far as possible. Because the PPR exhaust temperature is high or the time is too long, the plastic pipes may be deformed.

Conclusion: The bending radius of Roots blower pipe bend shall comply with relevant regulations, and the flange interface shall be kept tight without leakage.

2、 Precautions for installing pipes of high-pressure roots blower

1. Rust shall be removed before pipeline installation, welding slag shall be removed from welding elbow, and the inside of pipeline shall be cleaned to avoid foreign matters entering the fan body.

2. During installation, first tear off the dust tape at the air inlet and air outlet of the fan, be careful not to drop the dirt into the fan, and then install the pipe.

3. After the installation of inlet and outlet pipes, pipe supports shall be made, and the blower shall not bear the weight of pipes. When making pipe supports, try to choose shock pads to avoid the transmission of pipe vibration to the ceiling and floor surface.

Conclusion: The pipes connected to the inlet and outlet of Roots blower shall be free of dirt and foreign matters, and the fan shall be blocked.

Pipe installation

1. A filter with sufficient capacity shall be installed at the inlet side, and the filter shall be kept clean. If conditions permit, a micro negative pressure gauge can be installed at the inlet of Roots blower to detect and monitor the blockage of the inlet filter for regular cleaning or replacement. 2. 90 ℃ right angle elbows shall not be used for pipes. Too many elbows shall not be used to avoid increasing system resistance. 3. In order to effectively reduce the noise of roots blower, the silencer should be installed as close as possible to the roots blower. 4. Elastic joints shall be installed at the inlet and outlet of roots blower to facilitate the connection with the pipeline due to the influence of pipeline vibration and thermal expansion. 5. Air pressure gauge must be installed at the outlet side of Roots blower (vacuum gauge must be installed at the suction side of vacuum pump), and the scope of the gauge should meet the requirements of the scope of application. 6. Pressure reducing valve and check valve must be installed on the exhaust side of Roots blower.

7. The suction side of the vacuum pump must be installed with a vacuum valve.

matters needing attention

1. When welding the pipe at the inlet end of roots blower, the inlet flange of roots blower must be sealed with a blind cover (after the pipe is welded, welding slag is connected and foreign matters move together), and foreign matters such as welding slag enter the blower. 2. Before connecting the pipe, the roots blower must be removed to enter the fan Sealing paper at the exit.

3. Before connecting the pipeline, rust and welding slag in the outlet pipeline shall be removed. If roots blower gets stuck and impeller is damaged, serious consequences will be caused if it enters the blower.

3. Install evacuation equipment at the nozzle of roots blower to ensure that the blower is in no-load state when it is started or shut down.

4. The pressure reducing valve shall be installed on the horizontal pipeline and vertically installed through the tee to ensure its axis is vertical to the ground.

5. The check valve must be installed on the horizontal pipe to make the rotating shaft of the pump housing horizontal, and pay special attention to the flow direction of the medium

6. There should be enough space behind the check valve (the length of the connecting pipe is generally 1.5 times the pipe diameter), so that the check valve can be opened normally.
