The two-stage series roots blower is a device composed of two roots blowers in series. Inside each Roots blower box, there are two three blade rotors with opposite turning directions. Each three blade rotor is supported by two bearings. A pair of high-precision synchronous spur gears are used to keep the relative positions of the two rotors constant. A certain clearance is maintained between rotors and between rotors and boxes, without contact rotation. Driven by the synchronous gear of the side box, the rotor separates the air inlet from the air outlet with the help of the "meshing" of the two rotors, completing the transfer process of the closed gas between the box and the rotor from the suction side to the discharge side. During rotation, the gas in the working chamber is pushed from the air inlet to the air outlet without internal compression. There are tiny gaps between rotors, between rotors and boxes, between rotors and wallboards, so there is no friction or contact wear in the working chamber.
