Treatment method for fan host: pull off the oil return pipe from the base, drain the oil and water from the host and the air chamber, remove the air filter, quickly rotate the fan pulley in the positive direction by hand for about 10 revolutions, slowly pour oil into the air inlet, and continuously rotate the fan pulley in the positive direction to drain all cleaning oil.

4. Treatment method of oil tank: first remove the oil pointer with a wrench, then remove an oil filter, tilt the base, try to drain the waste oil in the oil tank, and clean the oil tank with new engine oil. Install the oil filter, oil return pipe and air filter, fill the oil tank with oil to 3/4 of the oil tank, and tighten the oil pointer.

Causes of high bearing temperature of rotary fan:

1. The temperature of the fan bearing is too high, which may be caused by the violent vibration of the chassis. The fan bearing assembly itself is inclined, and the bearing in the bearing assembly is inclined, which causes the fan bearing to become hot during operation. The reason is that the installation and maintenance quality of the fan is not high, and the bearing works at the critical edge where the angle can be adjusted.

2. This problem may occur if the quality of lubricating oil is poor, dust, sand, dust and other impurities, the filling capacity is insufficient, or the connecting bolts between the bearing housing cover and the valve seat are too tight or too tight.

3. The lubricating grease specified according to the standard is not added to the bearing box. Usually, logistics personnel are worried about bearing combustion due to lack of oil in the fan, and excessive fuel will be added during refueling. At this time, the temperature will continue to rise to a certain point (usually 10 to 15 ° C higher than the normal operating temperature). Keep constant and gradually decrease.

4. The bearing is abnormal and heated. The installation of shaft and rolling bearing is skewed, the front and rear bearings are not concentric, and damage to the fan rolling bearing or shaft bending are all factors affecting the fan bearing temperature.

Maintenance method for oil filter of rotary fan:

1. When cleaning impurities, pay attention to the protection of the screen on the filter screen to avoid deformation and damage, otherwise the reinstalled filter screen will not play its due role.

2. Clean the air filter screen once every half month, and form the correct habit of maintaining the filter screen at all times to avoid unnecessary troubles.

3. If the stainless steel wire on the filter screen is found deformed or damaged after cleaning, it needs to be replaced in time.

4. When the surface of the filter screen is not very dirty, clean compressed air can be used to purge on both sides until no dust particles can be seen under the light.

5. When cleaning the filter screen, if the surface of the filter screen is very dirty, water washing is required to achieve the effect.
