1. Forced transportation of gas

When conveying gas, Roots blower must be forced to reduce the blower. When selecting fans, there is a pressure parameter, such as 39kpa. When roots blower compresses gas, it can withstand a pressure of 39kpa. When the pressure of the front pipeline reaches 39kpa, the fan can operate normally against the pressure.

Forced compressed gas operation will generate heat, so the discharge of roots blower has temperature.

2. Inlet temperature

When delivering clean air, the inlet temperature is generally controlled below 40 ℃, exceeding 40 ℃. It has high requirements for the characteristics of ordinary fans in all aspects, and it is difficult to achieve good transportation results.

3. General fan outlet temperature

If we transport clean air, the outlet temperature should be kept below 100 ℃ as far as possible. If the temperature exceeds 100 ℃, we should carry out water cooling for the oil tank. If we use high pressure fan, we should use bipolar tandem style, and need to install cooling tower to cool the air.

4. Influence of high temperature on fan

The high temperature will affect the oil tank, seals, bearings, etc. of the fan., This may cause the fan to fail to work. In the daily inspection task, the temperature of the fan, the bearing temperature and the oil tank temperature must be checked, and daily records must be made.

There are two types of roots blowers, namely positive pressure and negative pressure. Negative pressure is also called roots vacuum pump. Therefore, the roots blower we are discussing this time is only a positive pressure roots blower.

1. Roots is mainly used for gas supply in wastewater treatment, gas transportation and electroplating mixing;

2. The pressure of the gas fan is 3000mmAq-10000mmAq, and the air volume is between ten to three or four hundred. But because of the air bearing, the rotating speed is up to tens of thousands of revolutions, which can provide the air volume.

1. Gas temperature

The temperature shall not be higher than 40 ℃. If the temperature is higher than 40 ℃ during transportation, materials and special sealing methods shall be selected, otherwise the wind turbine will be abnormal.

2. Impurity content

If the gas contains a large number of dust particles and other impurities, it will also damage the fan. Although the fan has a filtering device, it cannot be purified, and the internal clearance of the fan is very small. A large number of particles passing through the inside may cause the inside of the fan to be stuck or damaged excessively.

3. Oil and gas content

The oil and gas content should not be too high. If the oil and gas content is too high, it will be adsorbed on the impeller. In addition, some particulate matter will be adsorbed on the upper side, which will lead to the internal seizure of the fan.

4. Moisture content

The humidity in the air is too high. Although it can be transported normally, long-term use may lead to internal corrosion and fan failure.

The high-temperature roots blower is a volumetric blower, with two three blade wheels rotating relatively in the space sealed by the shell and the plate wall. Because each impeller adopts involute, or the winding line of epicycloid is the impeller processing line, the three leaves of each impeller are the same, and the two impellers are the same, which can reduce the processing difficulty. Numerical control machine is selected for impeller processing to ensure that the center distance between two impellers is unchanged. In this case, no matter where the two impellers rotate, the gap can be maintained to ensure that the gas leakage is within the allowable range.
