Introduction to the precautions for the daily maintenance of Roots blower. Many friends do not know about the daily maintenance of Roots blower. Xin Qianshun will summarize the following for you, hoping to help you!

1. Preparation before overhaul (I)

(1) According to the fault analysis of the blower, determine the location and scope of maintenance, prepare the parts that may need to be replaced, so as to avoid blindness in operation, and strive to be simple and reasonable, so that all the parts that need to be repaired are repaired, and those that need not be disassembled are not disassembled. (2) Prepare proper maintenance tools and measuring tools according to the structure of parts. Special pullers (commonly known as pullers) shall be used to remove gears, couplings and pulleys. For bolts, nuts and other parts, spanners with appropriate specifications shall be selected for disassembly or fastening. This can not only improve the maintenance efficiency, but also help to ensure the maintenance quality.

2. Preparation before overhaul (II)

(3) According to the quality condition of the blower, the maintenance plan shall be formulated, including the repair process and assembly method of the main parts. According to the site conditions or the actual conditions of entrusted repair, estimate the repair accuracy that can be achieved after repair, and propose corresponding technical requirements and quality standards.

(4) Implement safety measures. Before the maintenance, the power supply shall be cut off according to relevant regulations with the cooperation of electrical technicians, and the sign "No switching on" shall be hung, and special personnel shall be designated for management. For blowers conveying gas or other flammable, explosive and harmful gases, close the gate valve near the blowers on the pipeline before maintenance, and plug the blind plate if necessary.

3. Precautions before maintenance (I)

(1) During disassembly, the size and installation position of important parts shall be marked so that they can be reset during assembly to avoid confusion. For example, measure and record the thickness of various sealing gaskets, measure and record the clearance of various parts of the rotor, and mark a group of tooth profiles and grooves engaged between the driving and driven gears.

(2) The removed parts shall be well protected and placed according to certain rules. Parts installed at the same part, such as bearing seat, bearing gland and adjusting gasket, shall be put together; Parts easily lost, such as cushion spring Nuts shall be included in special appliances; Bolts and nuts used in pairs shall be stored together.

4. Precautions before maintenance (II)

(3) Before assembly, the parts to be used shall be cleaned and inspected. The drilling and tapping parts shall be cleaned of the metal chips, and the oil and water holes shall be purged with high-pressure air. The parts matching each other shall be kept clean and smooth. The bolts and nuts shall not be used reluctantly in case of slippage. The impeller and pulley shall be subject to balance test, and the oil tank shall be subject to pressure test and leakage test. Only qualified parts can be put into assembly.

(4) During maintenance, the order of assembly is that the parts disassembled later shall be assembled first. It generally includes rotor placement, wallboard, bearing and gear assembly, rotor clearance adjustment and other basic processes. After assembly, check whether there are missing parts, and take care not to leave tools or spare parts in the casing or oil tank.
