What should be paid attention to during the load operation of Roots blower? Rated load refers to the static pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. When the pressure at the outlet is normal, the pressure change at the inlet must be noted to avoid overload

1) During the normal operation of Roots blower, it is strictly prohibited to completely close the valve at the inlet and outlet, and it is also prohibited to overload operation;  

2) The blower should not be stopped suddenly under full load. It must be unloaded gradually before stopping to avoid damage to the machine.  

3) Due to the characteristics of Roots blower, it is not allowed to directly return the gas at the exhaust port to the air inlet of the blower for a long time (that is, the temperature at the air inlet is changed), otherwise the safety of the machine will be affected. If reflux regulation is required, cooling measures must be taken;

4) Under rated working condition, the surface temperature of rolling bearings of Roots blower shall not exceed 95 ° C during operation. The temperature of lubricating oil in the oil tank shall not exceed 65 ° C, and the vibration speed of the bearing shall not exceed 6.3mm/s;  

5) Always pay attention to the splash of lubricating oil and the position of oil quantity;

6) It is required to gradually and slowly adjust the load to the rated load, and it is not allowed to adjust to the rated load at one time; That is, it is controlled by installing bypass pipes and valves.
