3、 Misoperation

Many divine operations will overload the fan, for example, the one-way valve is installed reversely, or the gate valve is started before it is fully opened, which may burn the motor instantly.

4、 Problems of the fan itself

Roots blowers from some manufacturers may have quality problems when they leave the factory. Poor clearance fit of parts and poor balance of impeller may cause additional friction or damage, and increase the motor load.
