First, the bearing is damaged.
The damaged bearing bush will also cause the gear to be unable to rotate. The bearing bush is an important part of Roots blower. Each Roots blower head has four bearing bushes, which are placed at both ends of the impeller shaft. The bearing bush is damaged, the impeller is jammed, and the gear is jammed. The second rotating shaft is damaged.
The rotating shaft is a part of the impeller, which runs through the horizontal shaft of the impeller. Some rotor shafts are integrally formed and some are assembled together. The wear and deformation of rotor shafts will affect the rotation of impeller and gear.
Third, if the meshing clearance is too small, the gear cannot rotate, and the clearance standard of the root fan assembly is high, it needs to be adjusted according to the design requirements.
4、 The positioning hole is out of alignment.
After the roots blower is overhauled, if the impeller and shaft are replaced, the positioning of the gear sleeve may be inaccurate. If the positioning of the gear sleeve is inaccurate, the hole needs to be redesigned according to the position of the gear. If the positioning is incorrect, install the gear, and the gear will rotate unstably.
5、 The impeller is stuck.
The impeller of Roots blower is damaged. Both the gear and the impeller are located in two boxes. The reason for the damage to the gear may be the failure of the impeller, or the failure to check the impeller after installation, which causes the gear not to move.
