The rotor is driven to rotate reversely by a pair of gears installed at the end of the shaft. When the rotor rotates, the cavity sucks gas from the air inlet pipe, and the gas on the other side of the cavity is expelled from the air duct, while the gas in the closed cavity is trapped between the rotor and the casing and moves towards the air outlet pipe with the rotation of the rotor. When the gas is discharged into the air outlet pipe, the pressure suddenly increases, and the increase depends on the resistance of the air outlet pipe without limitation. As long as the rotor is rotating, a certain volume of gas is always discharged to the air outlet, and a certain volume of gas is also inhaled.
