e. Loosen the fixing bolts of the end cover on one side of the V-belt pulley and remove the end cover. Note: When disassembling the host, be careful not to damage the parts, and carefully place the removed parts.
2. Repair of main engine of rotary blower
After disassembling the main engine, polish the abraded or rusted parts of rotor, cylinder block, end cover, blade, ring, etc. with fine sandpaper or oilstone, carefully clean them with cleaning oil or gasoline (be careful not to damage the parts), wipe them dry and reassemble them. The above methods can be used to repair incipient faults such as burning loss, mixed sundries and moisture. When bearings and oil seals are damaged, they need to be replaced. The other outer ring must be replaced.
3. Main Points of Assembly of Rotary Blower
a. Place the end cover with shaft hole on the assembly table.
b. Place the pulley side of the rotor shaft downward on the end cover.
c. Install the spring jacking pin into the rotor shaft (above 60S).
d. Install the blade into the rotor slot.
e. Put on the cylinder block (note that the position of the air outlet is at the side of the rotor close to the inner hole of the cylinder block).
f. Place the support ring (below 501S).
g. Install the bearing. h. Install the O-ring. i. Install the other end cover and fix the bolts. j. Turn over the cylinder block and remove the end cover on this side of the pulley. k. Place the support ring (below 501S). l. Install the bearing and O-ring. m. Install the oil seal on the end cover. n. Install the end cover, install the locating pin, and tighten all the bolts. o. Stand up the host, fix the positioning pin of the end cover on the other side, and tighten all bolts. p. Pour a small amount of lubricating oil into the air inlet, fix the belt pulley on the rotating shaft, and while rotating the belt pulley manually, gently tap the end cover stiffener with a wooden hammer or rubber hammer to make the rotor shaft move flexibly.
