When Roots blower leaves the factory, its parts are well treated and packed for rust prevention. When unpacking, the top plate is usually opened first, and then the surrounding box plates. After unpacking, check the model and specification of Roots blower according to the packing list, check the certificate of conformity and operation instructions, check the spare parts and supporting accessories, check the appearance quality, and make unpacking records. The newly purchased Roots blower does not need to be disassembled and cleaned, except for products that are severely rusted or have been delivered for a long time. Some ventilators adopt simple packaging, that is, cover the air inlet, air outlet and bearing box with linoleum paper or technology board, and nail two bottom belts on the bottom surface of the base. After the packaged equipment arrives at the installation site, the packing box shall be opened. When unpacking, two requirements shall be met: first, the equipment shall not be damaged and the accessories shall not be lost; Second, try to reduce the loss of the box board. Therefore, pay attention to the following points when unpacking:

1. Before unpacking, the fan model and case number shall be found out to prevent incorrect unpacking.

2. Before unpacking, it is better to move the fan box near the installation site to reduce the handling work after unpacking.

3. When unpacking, the dust on the top plate shall be cleaned to prevent the dust from falling on the equipment.

4. When Roots blower or its accessories are packed, in order to avoid machine shaking during transportation, there are often some supports in the box. Therefore, the unpacking shall generally start from the top plate. After the top plate is removed to find out the situation, appropriate methods shall be taken to remove other box plates.

5. The nail lifter or crowbar shall be used when opening the box. If the box is bound by iron sheet, the iron sheet shall be removed first. Do not use hammers, axes, etc. to dismantle, especially for rotors and instrument packing boxes that are not subject to vibration.

6. The protective materials and packaging on the parts or instruments of Roots blower shall be timely disassembled according to the construction process, and shall not be disassembled prematurely or randomly. If the protective package is damaged, it should be repaired in time to avoid damage to the parts.

7. After unpacking, the machined parts, components and accessories shall not be directly placed on the ground. Precise parts, components and accessories are best placed on wooden shelves.
