1. Generally, the inlet air temperature of transported substances shall not exceed 40 ℃;
2. The composition of particles in the material shall not exceed 100mg/m3, and the larger size of particles shall not exceed half of the minimum working space;
3. During operation, the temperature of rolling bearing shall not be higher than 95 ℃, and the temperature of lubricating grease shall not be higher than 65 ℃;
4. The operating pressure shall not be higher than the transformer range required on the factory nameplate;
5. The clearance between the centrifugal impeller and the casing, between the centrifugal impeller and the baffle plate, between the centrifugal impeller and the centrifugal impeller of Roots blower has been adjusted in the original factory, and the clearance shall be ensured during reassembly;
6. When Roots blower operates, the oil volume of main oil tank and auxiliary oil tank must be between the two red bars of oil gauge;
7. Check whether the connection position of import and export trade has forgotten the tightening area, and whether the support plate for pipe threading is complete.
Requirements for Roots blower piping:
1. The fan pipe shall be tightly connected without air leakage, and the support shall be set at an appropriate position.
2. Pipe materials shall be able to withstand exhaust temperature and pressure. (Steel pipe shall be used as far as possible).
3. The inside of the pipeline shall be clean and free of foreign matters to prevent foreign matters from entering.
4. A one-way valve shall be installed on the pipeline to prevent the backflow high-pressure gas caused by the reversal of the fan from entering the fan and damaging the fan. Note: The check valve shall be installed on the horizontal pipe.
5. In case of parallel operation of multiple fans, gate valves shall be set on each branch pipe (when one fan is overhauled, the pipe can be stopped).
6. The pipeline shall be equipped with an emptying valve to prevent the fan from starting with load. The fan shall start with no load and then gradually close the emptying valve. In case of load operation and shutdown, the vent valve shall be opened first to confirm that the fan is not loaded, and then the fan shall be shut down.
