1. Pipe blockage
After the pipe is blocked, the fan will exhaust normally as usual. After starting up, serious overpressure will occur. In this case, the blockage in the pipe should be cleaned in time to restore ventilation.
2. Too many elbows
If there are too many bends in the pipeline, the back pressure of the fan will be increased invisibly, which will cause the phenomenon of overpressure of the fan. If there are too many bends in the fan, the fan pipeline shall be arranged properly to minimize the number of bends.
3. Select smaller model
After the model is selected to be smaller, the fan will be in an overpressure state. Under the condition that the air volume can be met, it is necessary to increase the bypass outlet and reduce the back pressure of the fan. This is an effective method. Long term overpressure operation will lead to fan failure.
4. Reverse installation of check valve
The reverse installation of the check valve is not only a problem of overpressure, but also the motor may burn out in a short time. Therefore, when closing the vent valve, slowly close it to check whether the pressure gauge of the fan is overpressure. If overpressure occurs before it is completely closed, power off in time to check.
5. Gate valve is not opened
When Roots blower starts, it needs to start with no load. Some customers only open part of the gate valve before opening it, which will naturally lead to overpressure operation of the blower.
