When friction and collision occur between two rotors of Roots blower, faults are likely to occur. If obvious collision sound is heard during operation and slight vibration can be felt by touching the casing, stop the blower immediately for inspection. When checking roots blower, do not disassemble it in a hurry, but conduct a comprehensive inspection of the blower. It is better to touch each bearing shell and the front and rear fan shells with hands to see if the temperature is normal. You should also turn the coupling with hands or tools to check whether the blower rotates flexibly. There are many factors that cause friction and collision between two rotors of Roots blower. Whether the gear keyway and key fit is loose, the fastening nut at the gear shaft end is loose or the gasket is invalid, the bearing clearance exceeds the specified technical requirements, the tooth side clearance of the gear pair is too large and the rotor key is loose are all influencing factors. The loose fit between the gear keyway and the key on the driving shaft is the main reason for the collision between the two rotors of Roots blower.

How to replace the internal gear of three blade Roots blower:

1. Reconstruct the high-precision center positioning boring machine inside the casing, and conduct dynamic balancing and straightening for the three blade impeller shaft;

2. Replace the shell wallboards on both sides of the fan housing; Replace the pressure gauge, seal ring, safety valve, bearing sleeve, gasket and other small accessories;

3. Air cooling. Three leaf Roots blower generates heat due to conveying and compressing gas, and these heat must be transmitted from the rotor to the shell for dissipation. In this way, the three blade impeller inside the three blade roots blower can be replaced in good condition.

As the rotor continues to rotate, the gas leaves the pump. Each concave curved surface part of the rotor and the inner wall of the cylinder form a working volume, and during rotor rotation, when the gas moves near the exhaust port, the gas is taken away from the suction port. As the pressure is high, it is connected with the exhaust port. The gas is recirculated. At this time, the pressure in the working volume rises suddenly, and then the gas is sent to the exhaust channel. The two rotors work alternately in sequence. The two rotors do not contact each other, and the seals are tightly controlled by the clearance between them, so that the exhaust gas is not polluted by lubricating oil.

1. Open phase operation, motor noise, heat, longer will burn out.

2. The motor is connected to 380v, and the corner is connected to 220v. However, this difference was not noticed in actual use. The actual position is 380v, causing the motor to burn out.

3. The motor bearing of the three blade roots blower has not been maintained for a long time: replenish oil or replace a new bearing, heat it during operation, and burn the motor broom.

4. Variable frequency speed regulation, long-term low-frequency operation, no strong cold air, motor heating is not enough to burn.

5. If it is a brake motor, the brake fails to open or is not fully opened, causing the motor to burn out.

6. The load is blocked or the motor is burnt for a long time.

7. The power supply voltage is too high. High power supply voltage will lead to overcurrent of motor winding coil and burn out.

8. The motor insulation quality is poor. For example, short circuit between miscellaneous and phases or breakdown with housing.

9. The three leaf roots blower is overloaded. If the phase is missing, the power supply voltage is too low, mechanical failure, and the power margin is too small, it will be overload. The motor was burnt out due to power supply defect and mechanical failure.
