(6) Before starting Roots blower, add lubricating oil to 3mm/2mm at the center of oil mark in main oil tank and auxiliary oil tank. The lubricating oil used in summer is 68 # mechanical lubricating oil, and in winter is 100 # mechanical lubricating oil. It should be replaced every three months. Once lubricated.

(7) Due to the pressure in the main oil tank and auxiliary oil tank, the upper and lower oil plugs of the main oil tank and auxiliary oil tank should be tightened, otherwise oil leakage may occur.

(8) Introduce water into the cooling section. The temperature of cooling water shall not exceed 25 ° C, and the cooling water volume shall be 10L/min.

(9) Fully open the inlet valve and exhaust valve of the blower to rotate the rotor, and listen to the abnormal sound of each part.

(10) Check the rotation direction of the motor. It must conform to the direction shown on the steering sign. Otherwise, the fan will not be able to exhaust normally, and the blades may collide.
