What's wrong with the gearbox over temperature when using Roots blower?

(1) The gear of Roots blower is worn and forms large backlash; Adjust the gear clearance. If the gear clearance is more than 30%~50% on average, replace the gear.

(2) Check whether the pollution impurities on the roots blower impeller form a small gap; Remove dust and check internal parts for damage.

(3) The bearing wear of Roots blower leads to the increase of clearance; Replace the bearing.

(4) The gear of Roots blower is not firmly fixed, and the impeller synchronization cannot be insisted; Reassemble the gear and stick to 75% taper fit contact area.
