The roots blower cannot be started and used due to too large back pressure

Pipe blockage

After the pipe is blocked, the fan will be emptied as usual. Serious overpressure will occur after the power supply is connected. In this case, the obstacles in the pipeline shall be cleared in time to clear and restore ventilation.

2. The gate valve is not opened

After the roots blower is started, it needs to be started without load. Some customers only open a part of the gate valve before opening it, which is naturally caused by the overpressure of the fan.

3. Check valve reversing

If the backflow check valve is installed, not only the overvoltage problem exists, but also the motor may burn out in a short time. Therefore, when closing the exhaust valve, please slowly close the exhaust valve and check whether the fan pressure gauge is overpressure. If there is overpressure when it is not completely turned off, please turn off the power supply and check it in time.

4. Too many elbows

There are too many elbows in the pipe, which in turn increases the back pressure of the fan, leading to the phenomenon of over pressure of the fan. If there are too many fan bends, the fan duct shall be arranged to reduce the number of bends.

5. Model selection

After selecting the model, the fan will naturally be in overpressure state. When the air volume can be met, what we need to do is to increase the bypass vent and reduce the back pressure of the fan. This is the * * * method for long-term overpressure operation. It may cause fan failure.
