2、 Configure fan room

It is cold in winter. If you have a water-cooling device, you can build a fan room for the Roots Blower. If you put it outdoors, it is likely to freeze and crack the exhaust pipe and other equipment of the Roots Blower at night. Therefore, we recommend users to build machine rooms in winter. When not in use, they must pay attention to venting all gas, sewage, water, and water, gas, and oil in various pipelines and air pockets. Because the temperature of the unit is relatively high in winter when it is working, a large amount of condensate will be generated after air cooling due to the low external temperature after shutdown, and there will be various control pipelines, intercoolers, and air pockets, It is easy to cause hidden dangers such as control pipeline, intercooler blockage, air bag crack, etc., so the condensate must be discharged in time.

3、 Gear oil

In addition, cold weather will affect the service life of the lubricating oil, so it is recommended that the user shorten the replacement cycle appropriately.
