How to start roots blower and precautions before starting roots blower

Before starting Roots blower, lubricating oil shall be added to the main oil tank and auxiliary oil tank to 3mm/2mm of the oil pointer center. 68 # machine oil shall be used in summer and 100 # machine oil shall be used in winter. Water shall be supplied to the cooling part, the temperature of cooling water shall not exceed 25~C, and the cooling water volume shall be 10L/rain. Fully open the inlet and outlet valves of roots blower and turn the rotor, and pay attention to listen for abnormal noise in all parts. Check the rotation direction of the motor, which must conform to the direction shown on the steering label, or the Roots blower can not exhaust normally, and the phenomenon of fan blade collision may also occur. What to pay attention to before starting roots blower

The following preparations shall be made before starting roots blower;

6. Check whether all parts are well connected and loose;
　
7. Remove the surrounding sundries and keep no sundries within two meters of the fan;
　　
8. Check whether the electrical part and the step-down starting equipment are in good condition;
　　
9. Check whether the maintenance tools are complete and whether the fire-fighting equipment is sufficient and complete.
　　
Fully open the inlet valve and fully close the outlet valve of roots blower, start the motor, gradually open the outlet valve when the outlet pressure of roots blower is higher than the operating pressure, adjust to the required flow, and make the pump operate normally. Check the motor current. If the Roots blower operates at rated flow and the motor is overloaded, stop the Roots blower for inspection. During the operation of environmental protection roots blower, it is necessary to regularly check whether the indicated values of pressure gauge and ammeter are normal, whether the bearing temperature is normal, and whether there are abnormal conditions such as vibration and noise.

1. During startup or operation, if there is collision and friction sound, stop the machine immediately, and restart after the fault is eliminated.
　　
2. It is forbidden to close and start all the inlet and outlet valves during operation.
　　
3. When Roots blower operates under rated working condition, the temperature rise of each rolling bearing shall not exceed 55 ℃, the maximum surface temperature shall not exceed 95 ℃, and the temperature of lubricating oil in oil tank shall not exceed 65 ℃.
　
4. Regularly check the firmness of each part, especially the positioning pin, and there should be no looseness.
　
5. Regularly remove the dust from the filter or replace the filter material to avoid excessive dust content increasing the system resistance.
　　
6. Keep the system clean to prevent foreign matters from entering the machine.
