After it is fully locked, back off the round nut, participate in the thrust washer and formally lock it. Then put the driven gear onto the driven wheel, rotate the rotor in the regular working direction, and check the clearance between the two impellers. After changing the circumferential position between the driven gear ring and the hub, adjust the orientation of the impeller, recognize the requirements of the impeller clearance symbol, and lock the driven gear.
2. If it is cylindrical cooperation, because the cooperation is tight, it needs to apply greater pressure to install the gear onto the shaft. Usually, the metal sleeve is pressed on the end face of the gear, and then the sleeve is impacted with a hammer, or the end face of the gear is directly hit with a copper bar, the gear is pushed up the shaft, and the gear is locked after being pushed up to the shaft shoulder.
The fan has large volume utilization rate, high volume efficiency, compact structure and flexible installation mode. The selection of bearings is more reasonable, and the service life of each bearing is even, thus extending the life of the fan. The fan oil seal is made of imported fluororubber material, which is high temperature resistant, wear-resistant and has a long service life.
