Yesterday, we had a customer who added the wrong lubricating oil to the car oil tank when adding lubricating oil. The customer added turbine oil, not the oil used by everyone. What should we do?

First of all, drain all the oil in the car oil tank. Since there was lubricating oil in the tank before, it is unnecessary to drain all the oil. When the lubricating oil empties itself, find a small gasoline drum to hold the oil. For such insoluble chemicals, it is not necessary to throw them around and do a good job of ecological environment protection.

There is a screw plug under the car oil tank, which can be screwed to the outside to open the air. Then add some standard lubricating oil to wash the inside. When washing, rotate the belt pulley to make the transmission gear rise.

Finally, new lubricating oil can be added. When the lubricating oil is filled, the fan should be stationary. Fill it to the marked part of the oil inlet, and then start the fan. After starting, do not add lubricating oil.

It's OK to put too much lubricating oil. It's better not to add too much lubricating oil, otherwise oil leakage will occur. With the operation of the equipment, the lubricating oil will also be consumed. Therefore, it is better to have more than enough.
