(4) Hot disassembly method

When the bearing is disassembled by hot disassembly, the puller shall be installed on the bearing to be disassembled in advance, and a certain pre tension shall be shown. Use high temperature automobile oil (100 ℃ up and down) to continuously pour on the bearing. After the bearing ring is deformed by heat, change the mutual fit interference with the shaft. If there is less or no much automobile oil to remove bearings The spray gun baking method shall be used, but it shall be noted that the temperature of the bearing shall not be too high and the flame shall not hit the shaft when it is heated, so as to avoid the transformation of the raw material structure after the shaft is heated.

(5) Hydraulic press method

It is applicable to bearings with large specifications and tight matching. When hydraulic press is used for disassembly, prefabricated component holes are required on the shaft. The key special tools for hydraulic press disassembly include hydraulic oil pump, hydraulic oil pipe, barometer and connector, which must be used in coordination with each other. During actual operation, the working pressure should rise slowly. After hearing the sound of separation between the bearing and the shaft, it should be removed with special tools such as puller. If the working pressure has risen very high during the whole process of pressure application, but it has not been separated from the beginning to the end, the pressure should be relieved first to prevent the high working pressure from causing damage to machinery and equipment, injury to workers and other conditions.
