① Clean with solvent such as kerosene or gasoline. If hot kerosene is used for cleaning, the oil temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃, and the container containing kerosene shall not be directly heated by flame.
② Purge with dry steam or dry hot air. After purging with steam, water must be completely removed immediately and sufficient lubricating grease must be applied.
③ When cleaning with hot mechanical oil, the oil temperature shall not exceed 120 ℃.
6. If the part processing surface is coated with antirust transparent paint, it can be cleaned with solvent such as coke water, xylene, turpentine, etc., but the solvent should be prevented from dropping on the paint surface of the part.
7. During cleaning, oil shall be prevented from dropping on the concrete foundation, and cotton yarn soaked in oil shall not be placed on the concrete foundation.
