1、 Usage requirements
1. The inlet air temperature of the conveying medium shall not exceed 40 ℃.

3. During operation, the bearing temperature shall not be higher than 95 ℃, and the lubricating oil degree shall not be higher than 65 ℃.
4. The operating pressure shall not be higher than the pressure rise range specified on the nameplate or the pressure rise range specified in the performance table of this manual.
5. The clearance between fan impeller and casing, impeller and impeller has been adjusted when leaving the factory, and the clearance shall be ensured when reassembling. (Too large clearance will affect the performance. Too small clearance will cause friction and collision due to thermal expansion.)
6. When the blower is running, the oil level of the main oil tank and auxiliary oil tank must be between the two meridians of the oil level gauge.
2、 Performance range
The suction flow in the performance of three blade roots blower refers to the suction flow when the suction pressure is standard atmospheric pressure, the suction temperature is 20 ℃, and the carrier is clean air. 1. Thoroughly remove the dust and sundries inside and outside the machine, and avoid mixing with oil.
2. Check whether the connection part of the inlet and outlet is firm, whether the supporting parts of the piping are complete, and whether the installation of fans and cooling water pipes that need cooling water meet the requirements.
3. If there are welding slag and iron filings in the piping, they should be completely removed.
4. Return the lubricating oil to the upper line of the two oil level lines (the oil level will drop slightly after the blower runs). If the oil is injected too little, the gear and bearing will be burned; Excessive oil injection will often cause high temperature rise and damage to gears and other parts. The lubricating oil generally adopts the kinematic viscosity 220 # full loss system oil.
5. Oil shall not be added during fan operation. The oil shall be replaced for the first time after one week of operation and for the second time after one month of operation. In the future, the lubricating oil of the main and auxiliary oil tanks shall be replaced on schedule.
6. Turn the fan coupling along the rotating direction by hand to check whether there is any abnormality.
(2) Test run
1. Open the valves at the inlet and exhaust sides, switch on the power supply under no-load condition, and verify the rotation direction. The fan requiring cooling water can be started only after the cooling water is connected.
2. After starting, run for 20-30 minutes without load to check for abnormal vibration and heating. In case of any abnormality, stop the vehicle immediately to find out the cause. Most of the abnormalities are caused by poor installation or misalignment of the coupling, as well as other conditions such as improper lubricating oil level.
3. Then, operate under normal load for 2-3 hours, and observe the temperature and vibration of each component at the same time.
4. Attention shall be paid to the indication of the ammeter during operation. In case of any abnormality, the machine shall be stopped immediately for inspection. Most of the reasons are caused by the friction of the impeller.
(3) Precautions during operation
1. During operation, the temperature of bearing and lubricating oil, and the indication of ammeter must be checked frequently. When the fan needs cooling water, check whether the cooling water volume meets the specified requirements. When the fan is sealed with packing, the leakage of the seal should also be checked. When the leakage is serious, the seal should be replaced immediately to avoid safety accidents caused by dangerous gas leakage, and the leakage of corrosive gas will also damage the bearing.
