Causes of excessive noise: bearing damage or excessive vibration. Solution: Replace the bearing and correct the bearing seat, adjust the rotor clearance or reinforce the foundation.

Causes of high temperature: oil loss, improper injection, machine overload, too many startup and shutdown times, slug blockage, etc. Solution: increase oil volume, reasonably select appropriate oil grade and additives, reduce load, control start and stop times, clean and maintain slugs.

Causes of air leakage or insufficient flow: the exhaust valve is not closed tightly, the suction orifice is blocked, there are too many sediments, and the pipeline is worn. Solution: check and clean the exhaust valve and suction filter screen, remove the sediment, replace and maintain the worn pipeline.
