Roots blower It is a positive displacement fan with simple structure and convenient manufacturing, and is widely used in gas transmission and pressurization systems. It is mainly composed of five parts: casing, wallboard, impeller, oil tank and muffler. Roots blower keeps two rotors engaged by means of synchronous gear at rotor shaft end. The concave curved surface on the rotor forms the working volume with the inner wall of the cylinder. During the rotation of the rotor, gas is sucked in from the suction port. When the rotor moves near the exhaust port, the instantaneous connection with the exhaust port is made. Because of the backflow of high pressure gas, the pressure in the working volume suddenly rises, and the gas is transported to the exhaust channel. The two rotors do not contact each other during operation, and they are sealed by tightly controlled clearance, so the discharged gas is not polluted by lubricating oil.

1、 Insufficient air volume
1. Fault cause: inlet filter is blocked
Treatment method: remove the dust and blockage of the filter, and replace it if necessary
