When the roots blower is to be stopped, open the air valve slowly and close the outlet valve to turn off the power so that the roots blower can be completely closed.

Correct Operation Method of Roots Blower

1、 Preparatory work

1. Operators must be familiar with the product instructions.

2. Before using the product, ensure that there is no factor caused by environmental factors caused by the product being placed for a long time.

3. Stop the machine for troubleshooting in case of abnormal sound and vibration during operation.

4. The enclosure of electrical equipment must be grounded or connected to neutral.

2、 Preparation before startup

1. Check whether the liquid level in the water tank of the water flushing pump (front pump) reaches more than 3/4 of the water tank, and make up if it is insufficient.

2. Check whether the water used in the water tank is clean. It is not allowed to use sewage containing sediment to avoid blocking the pipeline, increasing the wear of the pump impeller, increasing the motor load and causing failure, which will affect the service life of the water flushing pump.

3. Check the lubricating oil level in the intermediate pump and the main pump, which must reach more than 3/4 of the oil window. At the same time, check the color of the lubricating oil. If there are many milky white or black impurities, notify the mechanical maintenance personnel to replace the lubricating oil.

4. Check whether the circulating cooling water circuit of intermediate pump and main pump is intact, open the inlet and outlet valves of circulating cooling water, and check whether the circulating cooling water inlet and outlet are normal.

5. Check whether the blowdown valve of buffer tank at the bottom of intermediate pump is closed.
