3. In general, overhaul shall be carried out after 2000 hours to check the sealing aging degree of the rotary blower, check whether the exhaust valve is cracked, and clean the dirt on the valve plate and exhaust valve seat. After cleaning the adhesive parts, dry them with a dry cloth. When cleaning and disassembling, handle with care.

4. Check the wear of self inspection shaft sleeve.

5. When the blower is used in summer and winter, loosen the drain plug at the lower part of the pump body and release the medium.
