1. Remove muffler, lubricating oil and cooling water pipe

2. Separate the coupling and remove the anchor screws.

3. Lift out the fan.

4. Remove the coupling and end cover.

5. Gear clearance, rotor clearance, rotor and wallboard clearance, rotor and shell clearance.

6. The thickness of the gas seal shall be replaced if the thickness is worn much.

7. Dismantle the synchronous gear: use a special hydraulic pump to remove the gear.

8. Remove the bearing, bearing seat and air seal in turn.

9. Remove the wall panel (the fan shall be erected when removing the wall panel).

10. Lift out the rotor.

11. Clean the dust on the rotor surface, check the clearance of each part, and compare with the standard data for damage.

12. Clean other parts (enclosure, wallboard)

13. Reinstall a wall panel and erect it.

14. Lift in the two rotors and reinstall the other wall panel.

15. Reinstall the air seal, bearing seat and bearing.

16. Reassemble the gear and adjust the clearance between rotors at the same time: 0.35-0.45mm between rotors; The mesh clearance of synchronous gear is 0.08-0.16mm.

17. Then press the gear in with the hydraulic pump.

18. Measure thrust clearance: 0.3-0.4mm between rotor and thrust end wall plate; In addition, the distance between the rotor and the drive end wall plate must be more than 0.5mm larger than the other. Measure the rotor clearance: measure the clearance between the rotor blades (0.35-0.45mm) with a feeler gauge, the clearance between the rotor and the housing (0.3-0.4mm), and the clearance between the rotor and the wallboard, and record them.

19. Reinstall the coupling and end cover.

20. In place: just on the original base, tighten the foundation screws.

21. Reinstall all auxiliary pipelines and flange screws.
