The working principle of nickel plated roots blower is based on the working principle of roots blower (also called gantry blower or blower). Roots blower is a centrifugal fan, which is mainly used to transport gas or gas-solid two-phase mixture.

The working principle is as follows:

Impeller and housing: There are two or more impellers inside Roots blower, and these impellers mesh with each other. The impeller is composed of blades and rotates around the main shaft. Circulation process: The circulation process of Roots blower is continuous. When the impeller rotates and continues to mesh, the gas is continuously sucked in, compressed and discharged.

The reason why nickel plated Roots blower is called "nickel plated" may be that its blades, impellers or other key components adopt nickel plating process, thus improving the wear resistance, corrosion resistance or conductivity of parts to adapt to specific working environment or improve the service life of the blower.
