When boosting, the rated boosting value specified on the blower nameplate shall not be exceeded. 1. Simple tripping

2. Tripping caused by other reasons
① Motor burned out

If the motor is burned out and the Roots blower cannot be started, then everyone must remove and replace the motor. Roots blower can not hold pressure, which is very easy to cause motor damage, and the bearing working pressure of centrifugal fan will rise sharply, which will lead to very serious conditions.

② The weather condition of thunder and rain, or the start of large and medium-sized machinery and equipment will lead to the fluctuation of the working voltage of the power grid, which may lead to the over-voltage maintenance trip of the inverter.

③ Due to long-term failure to clean up, there is too much dust accumulated in the internal panel of the inverter or in the heat pipe radiator. The dust accumulation reduces the actual effect of heat removal of the equipment itself, prompting the inverter to trip due to maintenance of machinery and equipment.
④ If the working voltage of the power supply system is too high or too low, the inverter will overheat and cause maintenance tripping. If the working voltage of the power supply system exceeds 410 V, the internal heating value of the inverter will increase, leading to maintenance tripping. The working voltage of the power supply system is less than 360 V, which will increase the electric flow during the operation of the inverter and cause overcurrent protection tripping.
⑤ The converter itself is a problem. One of the rectifier templates on the back of the converter is damaged, which leads to tripping due to overcurrent when other two circuits are working.
