What are the common faults and treatment methods of Roots blower during operation?

Common faults of Roots blower during operation and solutions:
(1) Excessive vibration of roots blower: if the vibration of roots blower is too large, check whether the blades on the impeller are loose. The dynamic balance is damaged because the blades are stained with mud and other debris, the blades are deformed, the anchor bolts are loose, the motor shaft is not concentric with the fan shaft, and if the steel support foundation is used, the rigidity of its profile steel support is not enough, which will cause excessive vibration of the fan. During treatment, the sundries on the blade shall be removed. If the dynamic balance of the blade is unqualified due to manufacturing or transportation, the impeller shall be removed and the dynamic balance test shall be conducted again. Strengthen the rigidity and stability of the steel support, tighten the bolts, readjust the concentricity and the center line of the belt pulley, and adjust the shaft displacement when the fan operates with load. 　
   

(2) Belt falling off or shaking during operation: the center distance between the motor and the fan shaft should be adjusted to prevent it from falling off during operation, and the center plane error of the two pulleys should be readjusted to make their pulleys on the same center line. Too loose belt will also cause the fan to lose rotation, which will affect the fan's air volume and air pressure lower than the rated value. 　
(3) Bearing temperature rise is too high: the bearing is too tight, the bearing is lack of oil, and the sleeve bearing ball is broken, which can cause the bearing temperature rise to be too high. The bearing should be cleaned and lubricated again or replaced. 　　
(4) The air duct flow is too low: Roots blower operates normally but the flow in the air duct is not enough. Check whether the air duct joints are not tight, air leakage is serious, and the clearance between the impeller and the collector is too large. The resistance of air duct is too large. During treatment, the fan model and technical parameters shall be rechecked to see if they are consistent with the design, and the tightness of the air duct shall be checked. When the local resistance of the bone parts on the air duct is too large, they shall be replaced. The dedusting system shall clean the dust in the fan, air duct and dust remover.
