Then, two of the blades of each impeller form a sealed chamber with wallboards and casings, The sealing chamber formed by two blades is constantly taken to the exhaust chamber, and because the impellers in the exhaust chamber are meshed with each other, the air between the two blades is squeezed out. In this way, the air is continuously transmitted from the air inlet to the air outlet, which is the whole working process of Roots blower.

1. Clean and repair the casing. If there is air leakage, it must be plugged.

2. The casing has a lining plate, and the worn lining plate must be replaced, or repair welding and replacement of some village plates must be carried out.

3. Check whether the main shaft is bent and whether the journal is worn or scratched. Straighten the small bending and replace the large bending.

4. Repair the rotor, repair the blade, and replace the damaged impeller or blade if necessary. Wear resistant roots blower for suction and discharge of dust and flue gas, and Lei uses wear resistant welding rod to repair the blades.

5. Check and clean the bearing, or recast the black gold bearing bush of the sliding bearing or replace the wave bearing.

6. Clean and check the water cooling system of the bearing (fan with water cooling bearing). If the water pipe is blocked or broken, clean and repair it.

7. Check the assembly of the coupling or replace them, repair the elastic coupling device of the coupling, and repair the finger pin hole of the coupling on the fan shaft and motor shaft.

8. Align the center of roots blower and motor according to the coupling.

9. Maintain the shaft protection device.

10. Clean the regulating valve and its regulating mechanism of the maintenance fan.

11. Check the pulley assembly or replace the V-belt.

12. Check the motor, starting switch and other electrical equipment for damage and repair.

13. Check whether the foundation is damaged and repair it.

14. Brush the protective paint of fan housing again.

15. Run the Roots blower after maintenance.
