What should be paid attention to during the installation of high-pressure Roots blower?
1. The temperature in the fan room must be below 40 ℃. If it exceeds 40 ℃, the life of the fan and motor will be greatly shortened.
2. The outlet pipe must be equipped with a vent valve.
3. The installation direction of the check valve must be correct, and the check valve can be opened and closed normally.
4. Before starting up, it must be confirmed that the inlet and outlet pipes are unblocked, the outlet valves and vent valves are all open, and the lubricating oil is located in the center of the oil window.
5. When turning the machine by hand, it should rotate flexibly more than 360 degrees, and confirm that there is no foreign matter in the machine body.
6. After starting the motor, gradually close the valve. At the same time, pay attention to the pressure gauge, and confirm that the pressure of the pressure gauge should not exceed the rated pressure on the nameplate, and the motor current should not be higher than the rated current.
7. The rotation direction of the fan is determined. When looking at the main shaft of the fan, the rotation direction of the fan is counterclockwise (for special manufacturing products, the rotation arrow shall prevail).
8. During shutdown, sudden shutdown with load is not allowed. Gradually open the vent valve to reduce pressure, and make sure the pressure is lower than 0.015Mpa before shutdown and power-off.
