1. High current

If the sound, temperature and vibration of the mechanical part of the three blade roots blower are normal, but it is somewhat dull and the current is high, it is generally because the air inlet and outlet are not good. The main reason is that the * * * filter, shell ash collection, and outlet pipe valves are not fully opened and blocked.

2. Bearing heating

The bearing heating of the three blade roots blower in operation is mostly caused by bearing damage or poor lubrication and excessive belt tension. If the bearing fails, there must be a sound, which can be easily heard.

3. Abnormal sound of gearbox

The abnormal sound of the gearbox is related to the wear of the tooth surface and poor lubrication. If there is uneven impact, it is the feature of the key or locating pin failure, or it may be the bearing damage or tooth breakage.

4. There is abnormal noise in the machine cavity

If the transmission belt is worn and dross falls, it may be that the belt is in contact with the groove bottom, the two belt theories are not parallel or the corresponding grooves are not in the same plane, and the wheels are rough.

6. The fan runs under overpressure due to high current

The fan has large current and overpressure, which is mostly due to the blocked system pipeline; Here I want to remind you that the * * * valve * * * calibration, overpressure venting and overpressure operation of the fan are strictly prohibited.
