1. Check whether the motor runs without phase?
If the motor loses phase during operation (the disconnection of any phase in the three-phase winding is called phase loss), the fan vibration will become larger, there will be abnormal sound, the speed will drop, the current will increase, and the motor temperature will rise sharply, which will cause the motor to burn out, and the motor with ordinary quality will burn out for more than ten minutes at most. In addition, overpressure occurs on the pressure gauge, which may lead to various failures of the fan.
2. Whether the head or bearing is damaged, the bearing is improperly assembled, or worn, or the bearing machining accuracy is not enough, which causes the inner and outer rings of the bearing not in the same section, causing bearing operation and processing, and causing motor burning. Abnormal sound or jamming caused by head failure or improper assembly of bearing, or quality problem of bearing itself.
3. Check whether the check valve is installed reversely. If the check valve of Roots blower is installed reversely or the angle is incorrect, the blower will be suffocated and the motor will be burned directly.
4. Check whether the on-off valves on the main pipes of roots blowers are open: if multiple roots blowers are connected in parallel, the on-off valves on the main pipes should be opened in time, otherwise the exhaust of roots blowers will be blocked, causing the roots blowers to run under load and burn the motor.
5. The outlet diameter of Roots blower changes greatly compared with the diameter of the main pipe. In this case, the pressure will rise instantaneously.
