Reasons for high oil temperature at oil cooler outlet during fan operation:

2. The water inlet of the oil cooler is insufficient or interrupted due to insufficient water or failure of the water source pressure reduction, or the cock on the water inlet pipe is not unscrewed, damaged, or the water volume is improperly adjusted. At this time, repair and adjust the water volume to make the temperature difference of cooling water meet the requirements.
3. The copper pipe or end cover joint surface in the cooler leaks water or oil due to corrosion. At this time, the copper pipe shall be replaced or repaired, and the joint surface of the end cover shall be leveled.
4. There is too much air in the oil cooler housing. At this time, unscrew the vent cock on the top cover to exhaust the air.
5. If the lubricating oil deteriorates, it should be replaced with new oil.
