At present, we generally adopt the original method to deal with the misalignment fault of the fan. Generally, use a dial indicator to detect the runout at four points to ensure that the runout at four points is within the technical range, so that the alignment is basically found. It can also be solved by laser alignment instrument, which is convenient and fast.
Roots blower coupling is a transmission device directly connected to three blade roots blower. When the following conditions occur to the coupling, it shall be repaired or replaced. The alignment accuracy of the coupling of three blade roots blower is 0.05mm.
When the coupling needs to be adjusted, it is generally aligned by moving the motor. The motor has four legs. If the thickness of the shims between the four legs and the base is changed equally, the motor axis can be moved up and down; The motor axis can swing up and down by changing the thickness of the shims under the front 2 (or rear 2) feet. For the installation deviation occurring in the horizontal plane, the motor axis can swing in the horizontal plane by using an oil jack or hitting a foot in the horizontal direction with a copper hammer; If two feet on the same side are knocked, the motor axis can move in parallel in the horizontal plane.

1. Check with a straight edge. After connecting the two shafts with the coupling, place one side of the ruler against the outer edge surface of the coupling axially. Without rotating the coupling, check it in the order of up, down, left and right.
Make adjustment in case of unevenness until the outer edges of the two coupling halves are flush. Sometimes, due to the manufacturing error of the coupling, although the outer edge surfaces of the two couplings are flush, they still fail to meet the requirements of coupling alignment. This method is relatively simple, but its precision is not very high.
2. Measure with a dial indicator. Fix the dial indicator bracket on one coupling half. Fix the measuring frame on the other coupling half. Turn the coupling to make the two half couplings rotate synchronously, and record the readings of the dial indicator at the upper, lower, left and right positions in the figure. Then compare the values of the upper and lower, left and right symmetrical points. If the difference does not exceed the specified range, it is considered to meet the requirements, otherwise it must be adjusted.
