The solution is to adjust the tooth engagement of the gear pair; If the lubricating oil temperature is too high, the solution is to check whether the oil is normal and the cooling system; The lubricating oil is too dirty. The solution is to clean the lubricating system and replace the bearing gear with new oil;

If the system resistance is too high or the intake air temperature is too high, the solution is to adjust the system operation; The wear of the two rotors of the fan increases the fit clearance of the fan, resulting in eddy current during operation. The horizontal roots blower is composed of two involute waist shaped rotors (hollow or solid), a oblong casing and two parallel shafts.
