Pay attention to the exhaust pressure when using Roots blower!

When Roots blower is in use, overload sometimes will not be displayed immediately, so pay attention to the changes of inlet and exhaust pressure, bearing temperature and motor current to judge whether the instrument operates normally. How to pay attention to the exhaust pressure of Roots blower?

① When disassembling the equipment, the matching dimensions of the equipment shall be measured, the records shall be processed, and the marks and directions shall be made on the parts to ensure the assembly and maintain the original matching requirements.

② Roots blower is divided into two types according to its structure. The center lines of two rotors of the blower are in the same vertical plane, and the air inlet and outlet are respectively in the side of the blower, as shown in the figure. The center lines of the two rotors of the blower are in the same horizontal plane, the air inlet is at the side of the lower base of the blower, and the air outlet is at the upper part of the blower, or vice versa, that is, the air inlet is at the upper part of the blower, and the air outlet is at the blower.

③ The left side is the intake chamber, and the pressure in the chamber is equal to the intake pressure. The high-pressure gas at the exhaust port returns sensitively and mixes with the low-pressure gas, so that its pressure suddenly jumps from the inlet pressure to the exhaust pressure. For this reason, the unevenness of the exhaust pressure of the positive displacement blower does not depend on the blower itself, but on the condition of the equipment after the gas is discharged from the blower.

④ Due to the filter blockage at the inlet, the impeller is severely rubbed, the gap increases too much, the belt slips, the inlet pressure loss is large, and the pipeline causes ventilation leakage. Therefore, pay more attention to the exhaust pressure of roots blower.
