Once a leakage accident occurs, the toxic gas, flammable and explosive gas will be very dangerous. Therefore, whether the Roots blower can be used for transmission depends on the transmission medium.
2. Intake air temperature
Generally, the inlet air temperature of Roots blower is below 40 ℃. If the inlet air temperature exceeds 40 ℃, the outlet temperature will be too high, which will affect the overall tightness of the blower, as well as the parts, and damage the Roots blower to a certain extent.
3. Working environment The selection of Roots blower is based on the standard conditions, but if we use it in the plateau or basin, we need to take the working environment into account, and we need to select and convert it according to the actual working environment.
4. Environmental performance
Roots blower has certain noise pollution, and the noise pollution is serious. The environmental protection department will repeatedly come to the door to "find problems". Therefore, the procurement should consider everything comprehensively and pay attention to details.
5. Speed problem
Few customers pay attention to speed. What impact does speed have on wind opportunity? With the same model and parameters, the higher the rotational speed, the more severe the wear, and the shorter the service life. Few customers have requirements for rotational speed, but some customers have strict requirements for rotational speed. It is easy to increase the rotational speed, but it is difficult to reduce the rotational speed to maintain the parameters, and have higher requirements for the manufacturing process.
