   Roots blower During use, pay attention not to install the fan in places with large flow of people or frequent access to avoid injury or scald during work. The fan shall be far away from the places with inflammable, explosive and corrosive gases to prevent fire and poisoning accidents. According to the exhaust port and operation requirements of the fan, a relatively ample space shall be reserved around. Check whether the foundation is firm and the ground is flat during installation. If it is used outdoors, a rain proof shed shall be set to avoid getting wet. If the temperature is too high and exceeds 40 ℃, a cooling device should be set to improve the service life of the fan.

1. Before leaving the factory, roots blower should be fully filled with lubricating oil and grease. After 6 months of normal use, the transmission and bearing parts should be supplemented or replaced with grease. If the installation environment is high temperature or too much dust, the oil change time should be shortened

Roots blower is mainly composed of the following six parts: motor, air filter, blower body, air chamber, base (also used as oil tank), and oil drip nozzle. The blower operates eccentrically by the rotor offset in the cylinder, and allows the volume change between the blades in the rotor slot to suck in, compress and discharge air. The rotating speed of the blower of the rotary fan is high, and the clearance between the rotor and the rotor, and between the rotor and the body is small, so there is less leakage and high volumetric efficiency.
